Spooky tortilla crisps with tomato salsa

These ghoulish nibbles are a scream! If you’re hosting a Halloween do (or just fancy a spooky snack), these are quick and easy to whip up – you could even get the kids to help out!

WW White Wraps

Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Ground Cumin
¼ teaspoon(s), level
Paprika
¼ teaspoon(s), level
Coriander, fresh
1½ tablespoon(s)
Salsa sauce dip, mild

Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. Using 5cm-wide Halloween-themed cookie cutters, stamp out shapes from the wraps. Mist a nonstick baking tray with cooking spray then distribute the wrap shapes on the tray. Mist with cooking spray then sprinkle over the ground cumin and paprika and season well. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.

In a small bowl, stir the coriander through the tomato salsa. Scatter over some roughly chopped fresh coriander and serve with the tortilla crisps for dipping.
