Spinach & Parmesan dip
Enjoy this garlicky dip with crisps, vegetables or baked chicken wings. It’s also really tasty on burgers.
250 g, frozen
Reduced fat soured cream
25 g, grated
1 clove(s), finely chopped
- Microwave the spinach until wilted, drain well, then cool.
- In a food processor, blitz the spinach, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic & nutmeg until smooth.
- Refrigerate until serving.
