Ingredients

Butternut Squash

1 whole, medium

Rapeseed Oil

1 tablespoons

Morrisons Garlic Granules

5 g

Cayenne Pepper

1 teaspoons, level

Chilli flakes

½ teaspoons, level

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Peel and deseed 1 butternut squash, then cut into chunky chips and put in a large roasting tin.
  2. Mix together 1 teaspoon garlic granules, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1⁄2 teaspoon chilli flakes, then sprinkle over the chips and toss to coat. Drizzle over 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil and toss again.
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden and tender, then serve.
