Spiced lamb burgers
Lean Lamb Mince (less than 16% fat), raw
Chilli, Green or Red

- In a mixing bowl, combine the lamb, carrot, spring onions, chilli, ground coriander, fresh coriander or parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 burgers, then cover and chill until ready to cook.
- Preheat the barbecue, char-grill pan or grill. Cook the burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. Warm the pitta bread and split open. Stuff with salad leaves, add the burgers and serve immediately.
