Add some fresh summer fruit to ginger beer to make this dazzling mocktail

Ingredients

Freshly squeezed orange juice

250 ml

Grapes, Black or White

170 g

Orange

1 medium, cut into chunks

Cinnamon Stick

1 stick(s)

Star Anise

2 individual

Sugar free ginger beer

750 ml

Instructions

Combine the orange juice, grapes, orange, cinnamon and star anise in a large jug. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

Add the ginger beer and stir to combine. Add ice to 4 serving glasses and pour the ginger beer mixture over the ice to serve.
