Ingredients
Fennel Seeds
1 teaspoon(s), level, black onion seeds
Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon(s), level
Root Ginger
1 teaspoon(s), grated
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Olive Oil

Lime Juice, Fresh
20 ml
Chickpeas, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Spinach
50 g
Cucumber
⅓ individual, extra large, chopped
Red onion
1 small, thinly sliced
Instructions

For the dressing, whisk together the black onion seeds, cumin seeds, grated ginger, garlic, olive oil and the juice of 1 lime with 1 tablespoon water. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and set aside.

Put the chickpeas in a bowl with the spinach, cucumber and red onion. Pour over the dressing and toss to coat, then serve immediately.
