- Mist the grill of a barbecue with calorie controlled cooking spray, then heat to high. Peel, core and slice 1 pineapple into 16 x 1cm-thick pieces. Mist the fruit with cooking spray, then sprinkle over ground mixed spice. Barbecue the pineapple for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
