2 medium, cut into strips

Mushrooms
120 g, sliced
Spring Onions
4 medium, chopped
Wholemeal tortilla wrap
4 medium
Half fat Cheddar cheese
120 g
Basil, fresh
4 tablespoon(s), chopped
Vegetarian parmesan style hard cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

To make the sauce, mix the oil, tomato purèe and dried herbs with 1 tbsp water, then season with salt and pepper.

Place the wrap on the prepared baking tray, spread with the sauce and top with the veggies. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.

Garnish with the chopped basil and vegetarian Italian-style hard cheese.
