Ingredients

Rapeseed Oil

Tomato Purèe

4 tablespoons, level

Dried Mixed Herbs

Yellow Pepper

2 medium, cut into strips

Red pepper(s)

Mushrooms

120 g, sliced

Spring Onions

4 medium, chopped

WW Wholemeal Wraps

WW Reduced Fat Grated Mature Cheese

Basil, fresh

4 tablespoons, chopped

Vegetarian Parmesan Style Hard Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. To make the sauce, mix the oil, tomato purèe and dried herbs with 1 tbsp water, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the wrap on the prepared baking tray, spread with the sauce and top with the veggies. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with the chopped basil and vegetarian Italian-style hard cheese.
