Half Fat Crème Frâiche
Half Fat Cheddar Cheese
30 g, grated
WW Wholemeal Wraps
Wafer thin ham
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. In a small bowl, combine the crème fraîche, half the cheese and all the mustard powder, then season well.
- Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the wrap, top with the shallot and ham, then scatter over the remaining cheese.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes until the wrap is crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve topped with the rocket.
