Homemade pizza in under 20 minutes? It’s totally possible with our speedy take on a classic ham-and-cheese pizza.


Ingredients
Half Fat Crème Frâiche
50 g
Half fat Cheddar cheese
30 g, grated
Mustard Powder
⅛ g
WW Wholemeal Wraps
1 individual
Shallots
1 medium
Wafer thin ham
2 slice(s)
Rocket

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. In a small bowl, combine the crème fraîche, half the cheese and all the mustard powder, then season well.

Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the wrap, top with the shallot and ham, then scatter over the remaining cheese.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes until the wrap is crisp and the cheese is melted.

Cut into wedges and serve topped with the rocket.
