Honey

2 tablespoons, level

Cinnamon Stick

4 stick(s)

Sainsbury's No Added Sugar Cranberry Juice Drink

200 ml

Grape Juice

200 ml

Unsweetened Orange Juice

150 ml

Lemon(s)

1 medium, thinly sliced

Lime(s)

1 medium, thinly sliced

Apple(s)

1 medium, peeled, cored and thinly sliced

Cranberries

30 g

Water

450 ml, sparkling

Instructions

  1. Pour 300ml black tea into a large heatproof jug and stir in the honey until dissolved. Add 2 of the cinnamon sticks, then set aside to steep for 1-2 hours, or until cooled completely, then discard the cinnamon.
  2. In a large glass punch bowl, combine all of the fruit juices. Add the sliced fruit and fresh cranberries to the bowl, then pour in the cinnamon-infused tea and stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, top up the punch bowl with 450ml sparkling water and garnish with the remaining cinnamon sticks.

Notes

If you can’t find fresh cranberries, frozen will work just as well.
