Our crowd-pleasing alcohol-free punch has all the flavour of a traditional sangria, with a few festive additions


Ingredients
Tea, All Types
2 bag(s), to make 300ml black tea
Honey
2 tablespoon(s), level
Cinnamon Stick
4 stick(s)
No added sugar cranberry juice
200 ml
Grape Juice
200 ml
Unsweetened Orange Juice
150 ml
Orange
1 medium, thinly sliced
Lemon
1 medium, thinly sliced
Lime
1 medium, thinly sliced
Apple
1 medium, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
Cranberries
30 g
Water
450 ml, sparkling

Pour 300ml black tea into a large heatproof jug and stir in the honey until dissolved. Add 2 of the cinnamon sticks, then set aside to steep for 1-2 hours, or until cooled completely, then discard the cinnamon.

In a large glass punch bowl, combine all of the fruit juices. Add the sliced fruit and fresh cranberries to the bowl, then pour in the cinnamon-infused tea and stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Just before serving, top up the punch bowl with 450ml sparkling water and garnish with the remaining cinnamon sticks.
