So refreshing - and very pretty too - this punch will be a hit at parties without throwing you off the wagon!
Ingredients
  • Strawberries
    100 g, thickly sliced
  • Grapes, Black or White
    50 g, red, seedless, halved
  • Kiwi Fruit
    1 medium, peeled and sliced
  • Raspberries
    50 g
  • Lime(s)
    2 medium, juice from 2 limes
  • Fruit Juice Drink/Squash, Ready to Drink
    4 ml, elderflower cordial
  • Rum
    100 ml, white, (Bacardi)
  • Rosé Wine
    6 glass(es), small, (1x750ml bottle) sparkling rosé, chilled
  • Diet Lemonade
    500 ml
  • Mint, Fresh
    8 sprig(s), to decorateice cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put the fruit into a punch bowl or large jug with the lime juice and elderflower cordial.
  2. Add the rum, rosé wine and lemonade. Stir gently, then add 2-3 mint sprigs. Ladle or pour into glasses, adding more mint sprigs. Top up with ice cubes, if you like, then serve.
