Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons soy sauce,
  2. 20g tahini, 3½ tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon grated
  3. ginger, 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil and 3 tablespoons
  4. water. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container
  5. in the fridge for up to 1 week.
