Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons soy sauce,

20g tahini, 3½ tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon grated

ginger, 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil and 3 tablespoons

water. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container
