This dressing is great with oily fish, such as salmon, or pair it with fried rice and stir-fried veggies for a quick and healthy Asian supper.

Co-op Groundnut Oil

Root Ginger
0.5 inch slice(s)
Garlic
1 clove(s)
Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon(s)
Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon(s)
Honey
1 tablespoon(s), level
Chinese 5 Spice
0.25 teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon groundnut oil in a small pan, then add a 1cm-piece of fresh grated ginger and a small crushed garlic clove. Cook for 1 minute, then add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon clear honey and ¼ teaspoon Chinese five spice. Simmer for 2 minutes, then serve.
