16 leaf/leaves, small, radicchio

Instructions

Combine the Philadelphia, crème fraîche, chopped dill and the juice of ½ lemon. Season. Add the hot smoked trout and gently stir to combine.Spoon into 16 cup-shaped radicchio leaves Sprinkle over cayenne pepper and garnish with more fresh dill.
