A bit special and very delicious, these finger-food snacks couldn’t be easier to prep. This recipe serves one, but it’s easy to scale it up for sharing with friends or serving at a party.

Ingredients

Calorie Controlled White Bread

1 slice(s)

Smoked salmon

30 g

Medium fat soft cheese

1 tablespoon(s)

Dill, Fresh

1 teaspoon(s)

Capers, in Brine

1 teaspoon(s)

Red onion

1 small

Lemon

1¼ zest(s) of 1

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the bread, then remove the crusts.
  2. Spread the toast with the soft cheese and top with the salmon. Cut into 4 triangles, then scatter over the dill, capers, onion and lemon zest, and serve.

Notes

If you don’t have any dill, snip over a few fresh chives instead.
