A bit special and very delicious, these finger-food snacks couldn’t be easier to prep. This recipe serves one, but it’s easy to scale it up for sharing with friends or serving at a party.

Medium fat soft cheese

Dill, Fresh

Instructions

Lightly toast the bread, then remove the crusts.

Spread the toast with the soft cheese and top with the salmon. Cut into 4 triangles, then scatter over the dill, capers, onion and lemon zest, and serve.
