Smoked salmon canapés
A bit special and very delicious, these finger-food snacks couldn’t be easier to prep. This recipe serves one, but it’s easy to scale it up for sharing with friends or serving at a party.
Calorie Controlled White Bread
Medium fat soft cheese
Capers, in Brine
1¼ zest(s) of 1
- Lightly toast the bread, then remove the crusts.
- Spread the toast with the soft cheese and top with the salmon. Cut into 4 triangles, then scatter over the dill, capers, onion and lemon zest, and serve.
If you don’t have any dill, snip over a few fresh chives instead.
