Ingredients

Broad beans, boiled

300 g

Peas, fresh or frozen

240 g, steamed petits pois

Light feta cheese

1 portion(s), crumbled

Dill, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s), chopped

Mint, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s), chopped

Lemon

¼ zest(s) of 1

Instructions

  1. Steam the frozen broad beans then remove the beans from their pods and put in a bowl.
  2. Add petits pois to the bowl then mash together using a potato masher or stick blender until coarsely mashed.
  3. Crumble in the feta, dill and mint. Scatter over the lemon zest and season to serve.
