Coriander, fresh

Cabbage

Carrots, raw

Spring Onions
6 medium
Apple

Instructions

Whisk together the yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, cider vinegar and the coriander, the grated zest and season to taste.

Shred half a white cabbage and put it into a serving bowl, along with 2 grated carrots and shredded spring onions.. Drizzle over the dressing and mix well.

Core the apple, then cut into matchsticks. Stir through the salad just before serving.
