Instructions

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, cider vinegar and the coriander, the grated zest and. Season to taste.
  2. Shred half a white cabbage and put it into a serving bowl, along with 2 grated carrots and shredded spring onions.. Drizzle over the dressing and mix well.
