Shredded brussels sprouts with bacon

Olive Oil

Bacon medallions, raw
200 g, chopped
Garlic
2 clove(s), finely sliced
Brussels sprouts, raw
600 g, trimmed and shredded
Rosemary, Fresh
3 teaspoon(s), chopped
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned and starting to crisp.

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Add the sprouts and rosemary and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the sprouts are cooked but still a little firm. Transfer to a warmed bowl and cover with kitchen foil until ready to serve.
