Shortcut tuna melt

Use your favourite store-bought tuna salad to make this super-simple tuna melt. We added a side of edamame for a protein- and fibre-boost.


Ingredients
Tortilla wrap
1 medium
Tuna mayonnaise filler
60 g
Tomato
¼ large, 2 slices
Half fat Cheddar cheese
1½ tablespoon(s), grated, grated
Edamame Beans, cooked
100 g
Instructions

Top half of tortilla with tuna salad, add tomato slices, sprinkle with the cheese, and fold remaining tortilla over top. Cook in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat until toasted and cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cut into two wedges and enjoy with a side of edamame sprinkled with optional salt.
