Sesame & lime tuna salad
Perfect for picnics, too, or for taking to work in a lunchbox.
Lime Juice, Fresh
Light Brown Sugar
Brown rice, boiled
½ zest(s) of 1
Tuna in brine, drained
- Combine the juice and sugar and stir into the rice with the soy sauce, lime zest, oil and pepper. Cool thoroughly, then cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Stir in the tuna and coriander, serve with a lime wedge and enjoy.
