Lime Juice, Fresh

Brown rice, boiled
30 g
Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon(s)
Lime
½ zest(s) of 1
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon(s)
Red pepper
½ medium
Tuna in brine, drained
80 g
Coriander, fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Instructions

Combine the juice and sugar and stir into the rice with the soy sauce, lime zest, oil and pepper. Cool thoroughly, then cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Stir in the tuna and coriander, serve with a lime wedge and enjoy.
