Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 medium, finely chopped
450 g, frozen cocktail, thawed and drained
Lemon Juice, Fresh
Medium fat soft cheese
1 tablespoons, Chopped
25 g, mature, grated
⅛ teaspoons, freshly ground
- Spray a frying pan with low fat cooking spray and cook the spring onions for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add the seafood cocktail and cook for 3 more minutes, then share between the dishes. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Season with black pepper.
- Gently heat the low fat soft cheese and milk in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Add the dill or parsley. Spoon into the dishes and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Preheat the grill to medium high. Grill the seafood gratins for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles. Serve at once, with a green salad.Cook these in the oven at Gas Mark 6/200°C/fan oven 180°C for 8-10 minutes, if you prefer.
