Ingredients
Reduced fat pork sausages, grilled
8 medium
Apple
2 medium, cored and cut into wedges
Celery, Raw
2 stick(s), chopped, leaves reserved to serve
Garlic
4 clove(s), unpeeled
Calorie controlled cooking spray
8 spray(s)
Green or Brown Lentils, cooked
2 can(s), large, drained
Vinegar, All Types
2 teaspoon(s), cider
Thyme, Fresh
5 sprig(s), leaves stripped
Rosemary, Fresh
1 sprig(s)
Parsley, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), roughly chopped

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the sausages, apples, celery and garlic in a large baking dish, mist with cooking spray and season. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once.

Meanwhile, mist a frying pan with cooking spray and fry the lentils for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and herbs. Add the lentils to the sausage mixture and toss together. Scatter over the reserved celery leaves to serve.
