0% fat natural Greek yogurt

400 g

Garlic

Crosta & Mollica Piadina Flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 5. Line two large baking trays with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, oregano and mustard. Season then spread over each of the flatbreads, leaving a 2cm border.
  3. Put the flatbreads on the prepared baking trays, then crumble the sausages over the flatbreads. Scatter over the fennel seeds and kale, then mist with cooking spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then serve with the salad and lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Make this veggie by using Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages. The SmartPoints will be 11 for Green, 10 for Blue & 10 for Purple.
