Reduced fat pork sausages, raw

Sweet potato, raw
2 medium, peeled and cut into wedges
Red onion
2 small, cut into wedges
Red pepper
1 medium, deseeded and cut into strips
Yellow pepper
1 medium, deseeded and cut into strips
Garlic
4 clove(s)
Wholegrain Mustard
1 tablespoon(s), level
Paprika
½ teaspoon(s), level
Calorie controlled cooking spray

Cherry Tomatoes
220 g, vine
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the sausages, sweet potatoes, onions, peppers and garlic in a large bowl.

Add the mustard and paprika, then mist everything with cooking spray and mix together with your hands until everything is coated.

Spread out the sausages and vegetables in a large roasting tin and bake for 30 minutes. Add the tomatoes to the tin and bake for a further 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are cooked through.
