Satay chicken pizza

Pizza – a Friday fave if ever there was one! You’ll be won over with our tasty twist on the classic satay chicken


Ingredients
Asda Satay Stir-Fry Sauce
80 g
Naan Bread
280 g, 4 x 70g
Roast chicken, light meat, skinless
250 g
Red onion
½ small, thinly sliced
Green pepper
1 medium, deseeded and sliced
Mushrooms
100 g, button, thinly sliced
Half fat Cheddar cheese
30 g, grated
Spinach
30 g, baby leaf
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 230°C, fan 210°C, gas mark 8, and heat two baking trays until very hot.

Spread the satay sauce over the naans, then top with the chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms and cheese. Transfer to the preheated baking trays and bake for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the naans are golden.

Serve topped with the spinach and seasoned with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
