Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

0% fat natural Greek yogurt
20 g
Dill, Fresh
2 teaspoon(s), chopped, plus extra to serve
Red onion
¼ medium, finely chopped
Lemon
½ zest(s) of 1, plus lemon wedges to serve
Super seed bread

Sardines in brine, drained
1 can(s), drained weight
Green chilli peppers in brine (no added sugar)
30 g, sliced, optional
Radish
2 medium, sliced
Salad leaves

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, onion and half the lemon zest. Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto the toasted bread & divide the sardines between the slices.

Top the sardines with the chilli peppers (if using), radishes and the remaining lemon zest. Garnish with mixed salad leaves, dill and lemon wedges.
