- Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper, if you have one. Otherwise, put the kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with a vented lid or a plate. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until there’s about 5 seconds between pops. Be careful when you take the lid off, as it’ll be steaming hot!
- Mist the popcorn with cooking spray. Sprinkle over the salt and drizzle over the balsamic vinegar. Mix well to combine.
Get ahead with snacks by making a larger batch of popcorn - once cooled, it will keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
