Ingredients

Salt

½ teaspoons

Balsamic vinegar

6 teaspoons

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper, if you have one. Otherwise, put the kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with a vented lid or a plate. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until there’s about 5 seconds between pops. Be careful when you take the lid off, as it’ll be steaming hot!
  2. Mist the popcorn with cooking spray. Sprinkle over the salt and drizzle over the balsamic vinegar. Mix well to combine.

Notes

Get ahead with snacks by making a larger batch of popcorn - once cooled, it will keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
