Dijon Mustard

Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon(s)
Lemon Juice, Fresh
20 ml
New potatoes, raw
600 g
Broccoli, raw
300 g
Salmon, grilled
4 fillet(s), medium
Instructions

For the salsa verde, blitz the garlic, capers, gherkins, herbs, mustard, red wine vinegar and lemon juice in a food processor. Season to taste.

Boil the new potatoes for 10 minutes and the broccoli for 5 minutes, then drain.

Top 4 steamed salmon fillets with the salsa verde, and serve with the potatoes and broccoli.
