Salmon, raw
4 fillet(s), medium
Honey & mustard dressing
2 tablespoon(s)
Ground coriander
1 teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

Preheat the grill to high and line the grill pan with

kitchen foil. Arrange 4 x 130g skinless salmon fillets

on the prepared pan. Divide 2 tablespoons honey
4
& mustard dressing between the salmon fillets, brushing
5
it over the fish, then scatter over ½ teaspoon ground
6
coriander. Season each fillet to taste, then grill for
7
8 minutes, until browned on top and just firm, and
8
opaque in the centre. Keep an eye on the fillets to
9
ensure they don’t burn.
