Instructions

  1. Mircowave 150g baked potato for 15 minutes or until soft. Toss together rocket leaves, tossed with 10 olives, chopped sping onions, quartered tomatoes and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar. Serve potato with1/2 can pink salmon (107g), drained; and prepared salad.
