Griddled tortilla wraps loaded with healthy ingredients

Salmon, raw

Place the salmon in a glass or ceramic bowl or dish. Mix the yogurt, lime juice and zest, smoked paprika and coriander together and spread over the salmon. Turn to coat in the yogurt and marinate in the fridge for 15 mins.

Meanwhile, finely slice the broccoli and radishes and mix with the garlic, coriander and red wine vinegar. Season.

Preheat the grill to high and line the grill pan to foil. Grill the wraps for 1 min or until warmed through. Place on a warm plate. Grill the salmon for 8–10 mins, turning once, until cooked through. Top the wraps with the broccoli slaw, the salmon and 1 tsp yogurt each. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing.
