Ingredients
Onion
1 large, finely chopped
Extra lean pork mince (5% fat), raw
500 g
Rosemary, Fresh
1 sprig(s), finely chopped
Thyme, Fresh
1 sprig(s), finely chopped
Fennel Seeds
½ teaspoon(s), level
Egg, whole, raw
1 medium, raw, beaten
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Brown bread, sliced
8 slice(s), medium, toasted
Smooth Mustard
2 teaspoon(s), level
Lettuce
4 leaf/leaves, small
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the onion, pork mince, rosemary, thyme, fennel seeds and the egg. Until well combined. Shape the mixture into 4 patties about 1.5cm thick. Mist a griddle pan or frying pan with cooking spray and put over a medium heat.

Cook the burgers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Sandwich each burger between two slices of toast with the mustard and lettuce leaves.
