Let your oven do all the hard work with these easy roasted vegetable chips


Ingredients
Swede
550 g, cut into 2cm-wide chips
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Garlic
1 clove(s), finely chopped
Rosemary, Fresh
1 sprig(s), leaves finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Arrange the swede chips on a baking tray mist all over with cooking spray.

Season well and roast for 45 minutes, turning every now and then, until tender and lightly caramelised. Scatter over the garlic and the rosemary, then season and toss to combine.
