- Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Arrange the swede chips on a baking tray mist all over with cooking spray.
- Season well and roast for 45 minutes, turning every now and then, until tender and lightly caramelised. Scatter over 1 finely chopped garlic clove and the chopped leaves of 1 fresh rosemary sprig, then season and toss to combine.
