Ingredients

Carrots, raw

250 g, peeled & chopped

Swede

250 g, peeled & chopped

Potatoes, Raw

500 g, peeled & chopped

Low Fat Spread

2 teaspoon(s), level

Skimmed Milk

3 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Put the carrot, swede and potatoes into a saucepan. Cover with boiling water and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for about 15 mins, until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain in a colander, return to the saucepan, season and mash thoroughly with the milk and spread.
