Try this delicious traybake for elevenses!

Ingredients

Low Fat Spread

135 g

Milk Chocolate

100 g

Dark Chocolate

100 g

Golden Syrup

40 g

Marshmallows

100 g

Digestive biscuit

100 g, roughly crushed

Instructions

  1. In a microwave, melt the low-fat spread, chocolate and golden syrup for 3 minutes, checking every 30 seconds.
  2. Stir the marshmallows and biscuits into the melted mixture and tip into a lightly greased 18x18cm tray, spreading evenly.
  3. Chill in the fridge for around 2 hours. Cut into 12 slices.
