Roasted pepper crumpet pizzas
1⅓ tablespoons, level, 4 teaspoons
Dried Mixed Herbs
2 teaspoons, Italian
Sweet piquante peppers
½ jar(s), 150g
8 individual, , halved
½ small, red
4 leaf/leaves, , to garnish
- Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan oven 170°C, gas mark 5.
- Put the crumpets onto a baking sheet and spread 1 tsp pesto sauce over each one. Sprinkle with the mixed herbs.
- Share the roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes and red onion between the crumpets. Season with black pepper, then bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Serve, garnished with basil leaves.
