Here's a delicious red wine and Dijon-vinaigrette that you’ll find yourself making again and again. It tastes great on all your favourite greens and. If you're making it in advance, simply whisk dressing again to emulsify before serving. You'll want to have a batch on hand in your fridge at all times; you'll never go back to the store-bought stuff again.


Ingredients
Fresh Vegetable Stock
180 ml
Red wine vinegar
1½ tablespoon(s)
Olive Oil
1½ tablespoon(s)
Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon(s), level
Garlic
1 clove(s), minced
Instructions

Pour the stock into a medium-size bowl and stir in the red wine vinegar, oil and mustard, whisk until combined. Stir in the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
