Roasted red peppers in brine, drained
350 g, drained weight
Light Mozzarella
2 individual, drained and torn
Prosciutto
8 slice(s), roughly torn
Balsamic dressing
3 tablespoon(s)
Honey
1 teaspoon(s), level, clear

Arrange the rocket on a serving platter and top with the red peppers, mozzarella and prosciutto.

In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing ingredients, then drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
