In a bowl, whisk the butter and sugar together until the mixture gets fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract, then the WW Protein Booster Red Fruits.

Use a tablespoon to get 15 evenly sized bites. Place one raspberry in the middle of each bite. Then roll using the palm of your hands into smooth and round balls. Dip them into the grated white chocolate to coat them all. Place on a flat tray or plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Enjoy
