Radish

Carrots, raw

Courgette

Lemon Juice, Fresh

Instructions

Using a mandoline or very sharp knife, thinly slice the beetroot, radishes, carrot and courgette into rounds.

Put in a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice mixed with maple syrup. Season to taste.
