The whisky is wonderfully subtle in this traditional dessert.

Ingredients

Porridge oats

50 g

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

170 g

Half Fat Crème Frâiche

150 g

Whisky/Bourbon

2 tablespoon(s), level

Honey

2 tablespoon(s), level

Raspberries

300 g

Instructions

  1. Place the oats in a small pan and very slowly toast, taking care not to burn them. Place the yogurt, crème fraîche, whisky and honey in a mixing bowl and beat together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Stir in the raspberries, reserving a few for the top. Just before you’re ready to serve, fold in the toasted, cooled oats. Spoon into individual glasses or bowls and serve straight away, topped with the reserved raspberries.
