Atholl brose is a traditional Scottish oatmeal dessert made with a tot of Scotch whiskey. This light version is perfect for Burns Night.


Ingredients
Porridge oats
50 g
Muscovado Sugar
25 g, or demarara
Honey
1 teaspoon(s)
Whisky/Bourbon
3 tablespoon(s)
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
200 g, plain
Raspberries
200 g, frozen, then thawed
Instructions

Preheat a medium grill. Sprinkle the porridge oats onto a baking sheet and grill them until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Let them cool.

Mix the porridge oats with the sugar. Stir the honey and whisky together. Fold the oats and honey mixtures through the yogurt.

Lightly crush the raspberries with a fork. Tip them into the oat mixture and partially fold through. Spoon into serving glasses, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
