Raspberry atholl brose
Atholl brose is a traditional Scottish oatmeal dessert made with a tot of Scotch whiskey. This light version is perfect for Burns Night.
25 g, or demarara
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
200 g, plain
200 g, frozen, then thawed
- Preheat a medium grill. Sprinkle the porridge oats onto a baking sheet and grill them until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Let them cool.
- Mix the porridge oats with the sugar. Stir the honey and whisky together. Fold the oats and honey mixtures through the yogurt.
- Lightly crush the raspberries with a fork. Tip them into the oat mixture and partially fold through. Spoon into serving glasses, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
