Rare roast beef & miso salad jar
A dash of miso gives a taste of Japan to this nutritious and hearty salad

Brown rice, boiled
Beef silverside, lean, roasted
- Whisk together the miso, mirin and lemon juice in a 500ml-capacity jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Put the cooked brown rice in the jar and top with the beef, mangetout, red pepper, carrot ribbons and pea shoots. Put the lid on and secure. Keep chilled, removing from the fridge 20 minutes before eating. Turn out into a bowl and toss together to serve.
You can substitute the brown rice with 100g cooked quinoa.
