White Pitta Bread
- Grill or barbecue the Quorn lamb grills according to pack instructions. Slice into thin strips.
- Warm the pitta breads. Stuff the shredded lettuce into the pitta breads, drizzle over the cucumber and mint dressing and serve immediately.
