Quinoa, Dry

Instructions

Thoroughly drain and rinse 200g quinoa then put into a

pan with 400ml water and season with plenty of salt, and

bring to a boil over a high heat. Reduce the heat to low,

then cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the
5
heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes or until tender.

Fluff the quinoa with a fork before serving.
