Quick salami, roasted pepper and prawn cheat's pizza

With a prep time of just 20 minutes, this speedy pizza dough recipe is bound to become a staple in your weekly meal planner
White Self Raising Flour
2 clove(s), crushed
100 g, 8 large peeled prawns
Sweet piquante peppers
100 g, thinly sliced
120 g, torn
- Put the flour, salt and oil in a food processor with 125ml water and whizz until the mixture just comes together. Tip onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out to a thickness of 1cm.
- Lightly mist a 30cm ovenproof frying pan with cooking spray and heat over a medium heat. Transfer the dough to the hot pan and press into the base and sides. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp and golden.
- Preheat the grill to hot, then spread the passata evenly over the pizza base.
- Add the crushed garlic and prawns into a bowl, and toss to coat, then arrange the garlic-coated prawns over the pizza base, top with the salami, red pepper and mozzarella. Cook under the preheated grill for 4-5 minutes, until the prawns are cooked through. Serve garnished with the rocket.
