Ingredients
Mushrooms
40 g, Shiitake, sliced
Carrots, raw
1 medium, chopped
Cabbage
1 serving(s), shredded
Spring Onions
½ medium, chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), grated
Egg noodles, dry
1 portion(s), medium
Coriander, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), chopped
Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon(s)
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Garlic chilli sauce
1 teaspoon(s)
Water
300 ml, boiling
Instructions

Add the chopped vegetables and grated garlic to a glass jar. Add the soy sauce, lime juice and chilli oil. Then pour over 300ml boiling water. Cover and let it stand until the noodles are soft, then stir to mix.
